During this Lenten season, Archbishop Cordileone invites parishes in the Archdiocese to participate in the 50th anniversary of CRS Rice Bowl, a Catholic Relief Services' annual Lenten almsgiving program. CRS Rice Bowl provides an opportunity for faith communities to pray, fast, and give to support those in need worldwide. You can watch, above, Archbishop Cordileone’s invitation and reflection on CRS Rice Bowl.
To help you promote CRS Rice Bowl in your parish, attached are parish promotion flyers for bulletins, announcements, and social media; CRS Rice Bowl virtual backgrounds for online presentations; and FAQs on how to order materials, track donations, and access resources. Free materials including additional Lenten prayers, printable resources, and videos can be ordered above or by calling 800-222-0025. Parishes and schools can also create a community giving page to track their participation and engage parishioners/students.

Radiate Love is a united initiative of the bishops of California. There are new resources monthly for pastors, parishes, and ministry leaders, on both the CCC website (www.radiatelove.info) and the ADSF website (www.sfarch.org/radiate-love ) - in both English and Spanish. Pastors are especially encouraged to use the bulletin inserts and petitions (prayers of the faithful). March materials are attached– each is available individually from the CCC website.

The Archdiocese is inviting you to join the Lenten "Pray 40" challenge on the Hallow Prayer App. It will feature content from a range of Catholic spiritual leaders, and it is a great tool to bolster your prayer life this Lent. Flyers and pew cards in English and Spanish are attached below.
Thanks to an Archdiocesan partnership with Hallow, all parishioners can subscribe to Hallow Premium for 12 months for only $1! For a user to access this deal, a parishioner just needs to go to the Hallow Subscription Website above, or go to hallow.com/parish and find their parish in the search bar.
For Administrators and Pastors: Hallow has already set up your parish pages. You do not need to create or manage it. If you would like ownership of your page, you can reach out to Hallow directly (parishes@hallow.com) from an official parish email address. Parishes can reach out to receive physical marketing materials for the Pray 40 Campaign.

Microsoft has officially declared that support for older versions of Windows will cease after October 14, 2025. This implies that technical assistance, feature enhancements, and crucial security updates and fixes will no longer be provided after that date. Despite the fact that this change is still six months away, it would be wise to begin preparations now to ensure a smooth transition.
